Another Golden One This colored pencil drawing ‘Golden Orange – 28-11-22’ is spawned by the same session as ‘Golden Shine’. Surely I had a lot of fun doing that one so why not do another? Finally, I finished my work on Melina after wearing embroidery glasses for hours. I got the resemblance a kind of right and that is why I like doing another female form in the rough. Sort of, I guess. In fact this one turned out to become a bit more elaborated than Golden Shine – 21-11-22. I definitetely wanted to get the lighting right. Contrary to the previous one the light shimmering through the limbs and breasts created more forms than a simple back. New Varieties This time my regular model took on an orange shine. I guess I just have to explore all the varieties of gold. Her skin complexion, often praised by me, allows me to do so.
