Saw an ad in one of my horse magazines that had a horse head on a black background with all of the copy on one side. I liked it so much I decided to do a painting based on that ad on black paper. The finished painting is this one. I was so excited about the finished piece that I decided to do more and that lead to the series. Color Pencil on Mi Teintes Pastel Paper
