Nasim Golkar is a full-time illustrator and mural artist who has specialized in oil painting and digital painting based in Los Angeles, California. She has studied Illustration at Laguna College of Art and Design.
She uses symbolic illustrative and storytelling visual jungles to convey a message from her inner world. The subjects she chooses for her artworks are inspired by human psychology specially about the process of alchemical transformation of the soul, individualtion.
Her creative process is her active imaginations. As developed by Carl Jung between 1913 and 1916, active imagination is a meditation technique wherein the contents of one's unconscious are translated into images, narrative or personified as separate entities. ...
