Hi my name is Annette Doreen and I am a self taught By watching the Youtube Channels I would like to be apart of the wonderful world of art. I hope all of you would accept me as one of the Great artists that I have had the pleasure to see on this site. I hope you like my paintings My Styles and Photos. When I was young and growing up, I always loved to draw. This cleared my head of the many problems in my life I don't let them bother me because I want to be happy and I'm now free of all my problems I was also in the 911 North Tower when the plane hit I was working as a Security Guard in the main lobby of the Merrill Lynch Building with the problems from working their. My Art would take me away from the problems from before the world trade center and after My Art Took me into another 'World'. People were constantly putting me down by telling me I could not do things right or laugh at me also call me names , When this happened My self esteem and confidence went right down the drain and these people didn't care if they hurt or damaged me. Being that I was adopted I was feeling so alone at this time. The mental and abuse I was put through ( which I'd rather not speak about now ) It was then that I had gotten into full blown painting Putting the brush on the canvas made me forget and let me live again. Being able to put my feelings on canvas was my own little 'Escape'. Being an artist makes me forget all of life's frustrations and hurt that I had Endured that's why I fell in love with painting. Today Thanks to my Husband and my Older and younger sister God Bless Her Soul giving me all the support and confidence that I need I am now living a happy enjoyable life and it feels really good and I would like to say to people that have problems please surround your life with good people and you'll be ok then put your mind on something that you wanted to do that prevented you to do because of the bad things you went through In Life as I did it will help forget and you will feel better about yourself Like I do. Knowing that one of my paintings are hanging in clients homes truly makes me feel so positive and confident in my new 'LIFE'. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL FOR YOUR COMMENTS AND SUPPORT!
