'Skyline' is a composite of three photos from the public domain: a NASA photo of the ice moon Europa, which orbits Jupiter and was taken by the Cassini spacecraft; a NASA photo of a faraway galaxy taken by the Hubble Space Telescope, and; a photo of the New York skyline, pre-9/11. The ice moon shows orange cracks in its surface. These cracks appear different with each revolution of the moon. In the New York city photo, the two towers of the World Trade Center are visible on the left. This piece is particularly alien in its appearance. We have sold 35. Limited edition of 40.
